Clayton is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair and maintain our manufactured housing portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle a variety of handyman tasks, respond quickly to service calls, and help preserve the appearance and value of the properties.

• Solid time-management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely, thorough repairs.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
