Job summary

Clayton Home Building Group is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair common service problems in manufactured housing and deliver excellent customer service. You will promptly respond to service calls, ensure thorough repairs, and contribute to a positive homeowners experience.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, completing service requests, preventive HVAC care, and repairing exterior/roof damage. A strong team player with reliability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, wallboard, water heater (100 lbs.).
• Endurance for strenuous tasks and safe ladder use.
• Team player with strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing and respond to service calls promptly.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage as part of routine maintenance.
