Responsibilities include preventive HVAC care, repairing exterior and roof damage, completing service requests, and upholding Clayton’s commitment to safe, reliable home solutions. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous handyman skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured homes.
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventive HVAC care and other systems maintenance.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
