The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of healthcare transportation leadership, strong budgeting and contract negotiation skills, and experience with transportation management software.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare transportation operational leadership experience, preference for mobility transportation or managed care.
• Strong budgeting, contract management and financial analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executive leadership.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate, manage, and maintain contracts with PACE and other providers to ensure service reliability and compliance.
• Analyze departmental budgets, manage operating costs, and support financial strategies.
• Track OTP and appointment acceptance metrics; report insights to leadership.
• Lead departmental strategy, set short- and long-term goals, and align operations with care plans.
• Provide executive oversight across operations within the EHP coverage area.
