Tri-State Medical Group seeks an experienced Regional Transportation Director to oversee daily transportation operations across the Philadelphia region, ensuring efficiency and reliable service for emergency and non-emergency medical transport.

The role partners with local managers, dispatchers, field staff and maintenance to optimize routes, improve performance, and maintain fleet availability. Strong leadership and EMS operations experience are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in a multi-site organization.
• Experience in EMS, ambulance operations, medical transportation, or related transport.
• Strong dispatch, scheduling, fleet management knowledge.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the Philadelphia region.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Philadelphia-area operations for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with BLS/EMS management, dispatchers, schedulers and staff.
• Ensure routes are optimized for on-time service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Work with HR on staffing, scheduling and resources.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep vehicles ready and available.
• Prepare reports on regional performance for senior management.
• Ensure proper records of brokered trips and policy compliance.
