Modivcare seeks a Senior Director of Transportation Operations to drive the multimodal Mobility strategy and oversee end-to-end transportation performance. The role requires building and leading high-performing teams, managing complex provider networks, and delivering measurable service improvements across markets.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) plus years of professional experience required.
• Eight (8) plus years of leadership responsibility required.
• Experience in transportation operations leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end cost, service, and performance outcomes for all Transportation Provider moves within the assigned geography.
• Leads strategic, large-scale operational and network initiatives for the Mobility business.
• Directs transportation operating model execution, onboarding, integration, and adoption of new delivery techniques.
• Sets standards for performance management, governance, and network digitization efforts.
• Maintains provider compliance and credentialing oversight while ensuring adherence to standards.
