Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation planning, business, public administration or a related field.
• Five years of experience in transportation/logistics with a track record in strategic planning and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive strategic planning for program expansion and new services.
• Maintain Senior LIFE’s high standards of transportation execution, innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Assess market landscape and provide updates to the board on trends and insights.
• Provide weekly staffing and recruiting reports; manage hiring and employee management for transportation teams.
• Develop action plans from member surveys to ensure positive experiences and strong community image.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal mandates; lead training and protocol development.
