The role collaborates with local managers, dispatchers, field staff, and maintenance teams to optimize routes, monitor KPIs, maintain fleet readiness, and drive standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a multi-site organization.
• Experience in EMS, ambulance operations, or medical transportation.
• Strong dispatch, scheduling, and fleet management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Philadelphia-area operations to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with EMS management, dispatchers, schedulers, and staff for coordination.
• Optimize routes for timely service delivery and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Prepare reports on regional performance for senior management.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing and resource management.
• Maintain records of broker and contracted trips and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure fleet readiness and minimize downtime with maintenance teams.
