Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking a Technology Support Services Project Specialist, Mobility in New York (hybrid). You will support mobility across the Americas, coordinating with Mobility Supervisor and Regional Technology Administrator.

You will handle line management, billing inquiries, device provisioning, and inventory tracking, ensuring service quality and adherence to firm policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of mobile service provisioning and roaming rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobility across the Americas under supervision.
• Coordinate with carriers and account managers for service needs and invoicing.
• Assist with device provisioning, activations, and deactivations for onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping of lines and costs.
