Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York seeks a Technology Support Services Project Specialist, Mobility to join our hybrid office. You will support mobility across the Americas, assist with AT&T account management, invoicing, and device provisioning for Android, iPhone, iPad, and related equipment.

You will work with the Mobility Supervisor and Regional Technology Administrator, coordinate with vendors, track costs and inventory, manage onboarding/offboarding, and help maintain

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; at least three years related experience.
• Working knowledge of mobile service provisioning and roaming rates.
• Familiar with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn new software.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mobility support across Americas.
• Assist with AT&T account management and invoicing.
• Coordinate device implementation, replacements, and documentation.
• Track subscriber costs and inventory in the SMT system.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and data wiping.
