Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates seeks a Technology Support Services Project Specialist, Mobility for its New York office (hybrid). The role manages mobility across the Americas, coordinating with carriers, vendors and HR to support device provisioning, onboarding and offboarding.

The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with MDM activations, and the ability to adapt to evolving mobility programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• Knowledge of mobility provisioning and service delivery.
• Ability to travel to the office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support mobility services across the Americas under guidance of Mobility Supervisor.
• Coordinate with mobile carrier account managers for line management and invoicing.
• Assist with device lifecycle tasks including activations, deactivations, and data wiping.
• Maintain the SMT inventory database and track device assignments and locations.
• Collaborate with People Operations on usage details and expenses.
