You will lead performance reviews, coaching, and resource planning, ensuring a collaborative culture. The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration with Talent Acquisition, People Development, and other COEs, plus budgeting and communications

Competenze

• Six years of related experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience in practice management and staffing.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
