United Access is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant for mobility solutions. You will help individuals and families select mobility vehicles and adaptive equipment, guiding them from initial contact to delivery with a focus on independence and improved quality of life.

This role goes beyond traditional dealership sales, emphasizing trust, needs assessment, and advocacy. You will combine automotive knowledge with problem-solving to support customers' mobility decisions and financing options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in automotive, medical, business development, equipment, or other consultative sales environments.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up.
• Ability to manage a longer, consultative sales cycle.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping people.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building.
• Consult with customers to understand their mobility needs.
• Educate customers on wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment.
• Guide customers through financing and the purchase process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
