Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Project Administrator to join the Mobility team in Southern California. You will support project managers and finance on contracts, budgets, and metrics for multiple projects.

Regular interaction with PMs and the Finance Manager will be essential as you track progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely invoicing. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, setting up new projects, and participating in monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience in project administration, operations, controls or management.
• Experience managing or supporting utility, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or capital projects in regulated industries.
• Impeccable communication skills and ability to collaborate across a matrixed team.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers to control budget, scope, schedule, progress and risks.
• Ensure client invoices are prepared monthly and paid on time, aligned with contract terms.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on billing requirements.
• Provide and analyze financial project metric reports (revenue, profitability, AR).
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets with high accuracy and QC.
• Set up new projects and update forecasts in PM tools.
• Participate in monthly project reviews with Finance and Project Managers.
