Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Mobility team in Orlando, FL. This hybrid role leads transportation projects across planning, design, and delivery, with emphasis on FDOT and municipal programs and client relationships.

You will mentor a high-performing team, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and QA/QC while pursuing strategic growth opportunities and representing Arcadis in industry forums.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive highway or transportation engineering design and project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Florida PE License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex FDOT and municipal transportation programs.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and QA/QC.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing transportation team.
• Drive strategic growth and operational performance through resource planning and market opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, strengthening relationships and leading pursuits.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Represent Arcadis in industry forums and support market expansion.
