Arcadis is seeking a Senior Transportation Principal Project Manager in Louisiana to lead a dynamic Mobility team in a hybrid role that blends in-office collaboration with flexible remote work. You will drive high-impact transportation projects for diverse clients and funding sources while partnering with Arcadis teams outside Louisiana to expand the network and win new business.

Qualifications

20+ years of progressive highway design or project management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Louisiana Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage highway design projects—from roundabouts and traffic signals to bridges, highways, and interchanges with a focus on quality and innovation.
Own the full client experience, engaging at every stage of pursuit, development, and delivery.
Guide all phases of complex projects, setting direction and driving results across multi-disciplinary teams.
Mentor and empower project teams, ensuring assignments are completed with technical excellence and collaboration.
Develop project scopes and budgets, interface with clients, and build robust project plans and schedules.
