Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Support Technician – Level 1 to join an enterprise mobility operations team in Fort Worth, onsite. The role supports day-to-day management of mobile devices, service requests, inventory tracking, and process documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in admin/IT support or related roles, experience with tickets/workflow tracking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document procedures and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, technical support, IT support, telecom, or operations role.
• Experience working with tickets, requests, or workflow tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep records accurate and organized.
• Experience supporting documentation, procedures, or process guides is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile devices, IT support, or asset/inventory tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobile device requests and service activities.
• Track work requests and maintain accurate records.
• Support inventory and asset tracking for mobile devices.
• Help maintain and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Document workflows, guides, and SOPs.
• Support day-to-day mobility operations and team needs.
• Assist with improving workflow efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure data and records are up to date and reliable.
