Job summary

Kinettix is seeking a Mobility Management Engineer to administer MDM platforms, oversee device enrollment and configuration, and deploy enterprise mobile devices. You will perform OS updates, patching, and upgrade activities while troubleshooting mobile, app, and connectivity issues across global environments.

The role requires 3+ years in mobility management, experience with Intune or Workspace ONE, and strong knowledge of iOS/Android/Windows mobile ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Mobility Management or IT Infrastructure Support
• Experience administering enterprise MDM platforms
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows mobile environments

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain MDM platforms
• Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and configuration
• Deploy and support enterprise mobile devices
• Perform mobile OS updates, patching, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot device, application, and connectivity issues
• Generate mobility performance and device visibility reports
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, service desk, and stakeholders to deliver services
