Job summary

Vamonos IT is seeking an Android/iOS Specialist to modernize and operate an enterprise mobile-device environment for a U.S. Federal Agency. You will migrate from Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune and provide ongoing Tier 3 support for Intune-managed devices.

You will work hands-on with iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise devices, configuring enrollment, ABM/ADE/DEP, and security policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust mobile security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise mobility and endpoint management.
• Hands-on Apple iOS/iPadOS in an enterprise MDM.
• Hands-on Android Enterprise in an enterprise MDM.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune for mobile-device management.
• Experience with enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, device restrictions, and managed apps.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and identity-based access controls.
• Experience supporting mobile-device migrations and Tier 2/3 production support.
• Strong technical documentation and security practices.
• US citizenship and ability to satisfy background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise devices.
• Plan, test, and validate mobile-device migrations from Workspace ONE to Intune.
• Configure enrollment, provisioning, and device-management profiles.
• Support ABM/ADE/DEP, Android Enterprise, Google Zero-Touch, and KME.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot Intune enrollment, configuration, and compliance policies.
• Support app configurations, staged deployments, and app-allow/block controls.
• Validate device/app readiness after OS updates and policy changes.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for complex mobile-device incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with security, identity, and service desk teams.
