DigiOffice, LLC is seeking a Mobility Engineer for a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA to own and troubleshoot a complex enterprise mobility environment using Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE. • 3–5+ years of hands‑on enterprise endpoint and MDM experience.
• Production‑level Workspace ONE UEM / AirWatch experience.
• Production‑level Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager expertise.
• Independent troubleshooting of complex cross‑platform endpoint incidents.
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and conditional access experience.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation.
• Android Enterprise and iOS/iPadOS device management across both platforms.
• This is a 100% on‑site role in Johns Creek, GA; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch — Full UEM administration (enrollment, profiles, compliance, app catalog, platform health).
• Independent troubleshooting of enrollment, sync, policy, and connectivity failures across Windows, Android, iOS/iPadOS.
• Workspace ONE Intelligence reporting, dashboards, and automation rule configuration.
• Hub Services configuration and management across the managed device fleet.
