Job summary

RED SKY Consulting is seeking an IT Manager 1 – Mobility (Stores) in Dublin, CA to lead enterprise mobility initiatives for store devices, with about 70% hands-on work and 30% leadership. You will own SOTI MobiControl and Intune deployments across 10,000+ devices, drive secure Android Enterprise practices, and collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders.

This role offers growth into people management and a path to lead small teams while delivering scalable mobility

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MDM/EMM with hands-on SOTI MobiControl.
• Deep Android Enterprise device management at large scale.
• Strong collaboration with IT and external partners.
• Bachelor's in IS/CS or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multi-stream delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support mobility solutions for 10,000+ store devices.
• Own device rollout, deployment and automation and app management.
• Lead projects end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Partner with Network Engineering, Security and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior IT staff as the role grows; communicate with leadership.
