Job summary

ConnectUs Corp is seeking a hands-on Configuration Specialist to deliver ready-to-work devices by configuring, staging, imaging, enrolling, testing, and troubleshooting smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

You will support Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with Managed Services, Operations, and customer IT teams to meet exact customer requirements and SOWs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands on experience in managed services or enterprise mobility.
• Direct experience configuring and staging smartphones and tablets in a business environment.
• Hands on laptop imaging, provisioning, setup, or endpoint deployment experience.
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support experience with troubleshooting beyond scripted steps.
• Experience with at least one MDM/UEM or endpoint management platform is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands on configuration and staging of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and related endpoint equipment.
• Mobile device enrollment and provisioning through MDM/UEM platforms.
• Windows laptop imaging, provisioning, and endpoint setup.
• iOS and Android setup, enrollment, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for endpoint hardware, software, and deployment issues.
