Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs and related medical equipment. You will work in the shop and in the field, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires two years of mechanical experience, tool proficiency, and a valid driver's license with travel to various sites. You will maintain equipment, document work, and educate customers on proper use and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for equipment repair.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or in the field.
• Maintain stock and rental equipment in good condition.
• Keep shop, warehouse, and vehicles clean and safe.
• Document repairs and obtain necessary signatures.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety.
• Perform equipment fitting and adjustments for user comfort.
