Job summary

GRTC is seeking an Assistant Manager of Contracts & Mobility Operations to support the Mobility Manager in administering mobility programs. This role oversees CARE Paratransit, CARE On-Demand, and related contracts, ensuring contract obligations, ADA compliance, and service standards are met.

The position collaborates with internal departments and vendors to monitor performance, review data, and implement corrective actions, maintaining safe and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, public administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in public transportation operations, dispatch, or workforce supervision.
• Experience overseeing Microtransit, paratransit, or flexible transit service delivery preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a transit operations or dispatch environment strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting contract administration and vendor coordination preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Microtransit operations and daily assignments to ensure OTP and safety.
• Monitor operator performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Assist Mobility Manager with CARE Paratransit, CARE On-Demand, and TNC contracts.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and contractors for service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ADA regulations and agency SOPs.
• Support development of new mobility programs and emergency planning.
