Job summary

The Denton County Transportation Authority seeks an experienced leader to manage contracted Mobility as a Service (MaaS), Microtransit and Demand Response programs to expand mobility beyond fixed routes.

You will provide high-level contract administration, vendor performance oversight, and operational strategy for ADA and alternative service delivery models, guiding data-driven decisions and ensuring contractual compliance with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years in transit operations management, contract management, or program management.
• Valid Texas Driver's License or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on mobility strategy, ADA, MaaS, Microtransit, and Demand Response programs.
• Develop service plans and data-driven recommendations grounded in analytics.
• Oversee contract administration, KPI reviews, and vendor performance.
• Lead audits and ensure regulatory compliance and customer service standards.
