Hertz invites applications for the Mobility Specialist, TNC role to support Lyft/Uber drivers by delivering the fastest, easiest rental car experience. You will assist with reservations, rentals, and post-rental inquiries while ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for pickup in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, provide excellent customer service, and can manage time effectively; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers creating a rental car reservation and processing rentals.
• Provide clean and safe vehicles for customers.
• Answer phone inquiries about the program, rental requirements, billing and extensions.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by proactively offering services after inquiries.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup, including inspections for damage and fueling.
• Support post-rental inquiries related to rentals and billing.
• Communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program procedures.
