The role focuses on systemic oversight, bridging technical and business teams, with responsibilities spanning analysis, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in product development or manufacturing.
• Analytical skills with Google Sheets and basic SQL; data visualization with Tableau/Power BI.
• Greenbelt or Black Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality leadership across software and hardware throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for defects.
• Support evaluation on quality issues and identify process gaps.
• Build basic quality dashboards and leadership reports.
