You will ensure continuous operation, maintenance, and upgrades of the VS&A infrastructure, delivering precise diagnostics and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in VMS/ACM field.
• Strong networking and system design knowledge.
• Experience with large multi-site environments.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/MCSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site technical expert for VS&A systems.
• Lead large-scale system installs across multiple sites.
• Configure and test analytics for security systems.
• Produce monthly system health reports.
