Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician Staff and Flow Manager to join our Mobile Veterinary Services team in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

You will oversee veterinary workflow, assist veterinarians, and manage day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality care to cats and dogs in the community, while mentoring nursing staff and coordinating service delivery across clinics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California State Registered Veterinary Technician License (RVT).
• Minimum five years as an RVT in small animal medicine and surgery; shelter experience preferred.
• At least two years of people management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad RVT duties including venipuncture, anesthesia monitoring, and recovery.
• Support HQHVSN and PPC for cats and dogs in a high-volume mobile setting.
• Lead workflow and coaching to maximize daily patient care.
• Coach staff to maintain low-stress handling and clear client communication.
• Ensure compliance with CM procedures and regulatory requirements.
