Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician Staff and Flow Manager for our Mobile Veterinary Services in the Greater LA area. You will direct workflow, assist veterinarians, and coordinate care across HQHVSN and PPC programs, ensuring high-quality service for underserved communities.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing flow, and maintaining compassionate, low-stress care while adhering to CM’s procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current California State Registered Veterinary Technician license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume mobile clinic.
• Strong animal handling and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow and assist the veterinarian with medical treatments.
• Support HQHVSN and PPC services for cats and dogs.
• Manage floor operations to optimize daily patient flow.
• Train and onboard nursing staff; provide ongoing coaching.
