Job summary

ASPCA’s Mobile Veterinary Services in the Los Angeles area is looking for aRegistered Veterinary Technician Staff and Flow Manager to guide daily workflow and assist the veterinary team.

You will support HQHVSN and PPC services, ensure smooth clinic operations, and communicate with clients with kindness and professionalism. This role requires strong animal handling skills and the ability to lift 40+ lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have California RVT license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with staff and clients are required.
• Strong animal handling skills and ability to lift/carry 40+ lbs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform veterinary technician duties including venipuncture, anesthesia monitoring, surgical prep and assistance, diagnostics, pharmacy, and patient recovery.
• Support HQHVSN and PPC for cats and dogs alongside veterinarians and staff.
• Direct workflow and optimize daily clinic operations to maximize patient care and efficiency.
• Coach nursing staff and ensure adherence to CM protocols and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with clients in a compassionate, nonjudgmental manner.
