Zusammenfassung

ASPCA is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician Staff and Flow Manager for our Mobile Veterinary Services in the Greater LA area. You will direct workflow, assist veterinarians, and ensure high-quality patient care across HQHVSN and PPC programs.

You'll lead floor management, train staff, and coordinate daily operations with the Mobile Leadership Team, supporting underserved communities while delivering compassionate care and maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Current California State RVT license is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume mobile clinic environment.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Perform a broad range of veterinary technician functions including venipuncture, anesthesia monitoring, surgical prep and assistance, diagnostics, pharmacy and patient recovery.
• Work with staff veterinarians, technicians, and assistants to support HQHVSN and PPC for cats and dogs.
• Use low-stress handling to provide a safe, compassionate environment for animals and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and obtain history and discharge patients.
• Oversee workflow to optimize daily patient throughput and maintain high-quality care.
• Coach nursing staff on safe, compassionate patient handling and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with DEA regulations and CM protocols for controlled drugs; monitor logs.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback; lead daily huddles and team communications.
