Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician Staff and Flow Manager to join its Mobile Veterinary Services in the Greater LA area. You will direct workflow, assist veterinarians, and coordinate care to deliver high-volume, high-quality services for cats and dogs in underserved communities.

You will work with a dynamic team, support HQHVSN and PPC services, and help optimize daily clinic operations while upholding animal welfare and client compassion.

Qualifications

• Current California State Registered Veterinary Technician license required.
• Team player with strong communication across all staff levels.
• Kind, helpful, nonjudgmental client service orientation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong interest in animal welfare and serving underserved communities.
• Excellent animal handling skills.
• Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow and assist veterinarians during HQHVSN and PPC.
• Support flow of work to deliver high-quality care daily.
• Work with Mobile Leadership Team to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients with kindness and a nonjudgmental approach.
• Maintain compliance with CM protocols and regulations.
• Assist with training and onboarding of staff.
