FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician II to perform preventative maintenance and advanced adjustments on Class 7 and 8 trailers. The role includes basic diagnostics to identify system failures and recommend repairs, plus workload on service calls and shop work.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and a welding certificate is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required with Class A CDL preferred, though not mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license required. CDL is preferred but not required.
• Provide hand tools, air tools and a toolbox for job.
• Must maintain a perfect safety record and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Inspect trailers to determine damage or malfunctions.
• Diagnose, repair, build and rebuild trailer components.
• Provide preventive maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Maintain 80% productivity and minimize comebacks.
• Perform brake work across air, hydraulic and electric systems.
• Test and diagnose trailer suspensions and related systems.
• Weld basic aluminum and steel components.
• Keep workspace and service truck clean and organized.
