FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Technician III to perform preventative maintenance on heavy-duty truck systems, diagnose failures, and propose repairs. The role includes in-shop work and potential after-hours on-call, with responsibility for training junior technicians and ensuring quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years repairing Class 7/8 trucks, strong diagnostic and welding skills, and a clean driving record. CDL class A is preferred. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Mastery of preventative maintenance on vehicle systems.
• Experience diagnosing complex vehicle faults and implementing repairs.
• Ability to train and develop other technicians.

Responsabilités

• Inspect vehicles to determine damage or malfunction.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services (oil changes, lubrications, filters).
• Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes and driveline components.
• Test drive and diagnose vehicle systems using appropriate equipment.
• Train new shop staff on company procedures and safety.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and service truck.
