Job summary

Cox Fleet in Denver is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician I to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on trailers and equipment in a mobile/field environment. You will operate a company-issued service truck and travel to customer sites, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with up to 2 years related experience.
• DOT training and certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment background screening and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on trailers in a mobile/field environment.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs on trailer systems including brakes and air lines.
• Document work and upload RO photos using TRAIT app on an iOS device.
• Complete DOT forms accurately and comply with safety and environmental policies.
• Manage parts inventory and operate company-issued service truck daily.
