Job summary

Snap-on, a leader in professional tools, seeks a Route Sales Representative to manage a mobile store traveling from shop to shop. You will perform hands-on demos, drive sales, and maintain showroom-ready vehicles while building lasting customer relationships.

The role includes comprehensive training, a competitive base pay plus quarterly bonuses and benefits. Prior automotive experience is valued; you’ll handle inventory, collections, and route optimization as you grow with Snap-on.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–5 years in direct sales or sales management, outside sales or B2B.
• Automotive industry experience or hands-on vehicle repair valued.
• Ability to drive a 16–20 ft mobile store truck.

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and conducting hands-on demos.
• Develop your route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Operate your store as a model for future franchisees and Snap-on team members.
• Manage inventory, collections, and receivables while keeping the van in showroom condition.
• Share ideas and collaborate with managers to set the standard for Snap-on excellence.
• Comply with DOT regulations and share best practices with peers.
