Job summary

Snap-on Tools is hiring a Route Sales Representative to drive a mobile store, sell tools, and perform hands-on demonstrations for professional technicians across shops. You will cultivate routes, manage inventory and receivables, and maintain showroom-like van conditions.

We offer base pay with a 15% quarterly bonus, full training, and opportunities through Field Performance Teams. Prior experience in sales and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in direct sales or sales management, preferably outside sales.
• Automotive industry or hands‑on vehicle repair experience valued.
• Willingness to drive a mobile store truck and pass a D.O.T. physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and providing hands-on demos.
• Develop route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, collections and receivables while keeping van showroom-ready.
• Collaborate with managers and share best practices to elevate Snap-on standards.
