Job summary

Snap-On Tools is hiring a Route Sales Representative to operate a mobile store, perform hands-on tool demos, and drive sales from shop to shop. You will manage inventory, collections, and showrooms while building relationships with technicians and shop owners.

The role requires 2–5 years in direct sales, a valid license, and the ability to meet DOT requirements. Training is provided and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years direct sales experience, outside sales or B2B valued.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass a DOT physical; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile store to shops, selling tools and providing hands-on demos.
• Develop route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Operate the mobile store and keep it showroom-ready; manage inventory and receivables.
• Collaborate with managers and peers; share best practices and set the standard.
• Comply with DOT regulations and represent Snap-on with professionalism.
