Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Route Sales Representative to operate a mobile store, demo products, and build lasting relationships with professional technicians across shops. This role includes driving a 16–20 ft truck, meeting weekly sales goals, and presenting Snap-on tools with hands-on demonstrations.

You will manage inventory, receivables, and customer accounts while representing a national brand known for quality and service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct sales or sales management experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to drive a 16–20 ft mobile store truck.
• Pass a D.O.T. physical.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and performing demos.
• Develop your route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, collections, and receivables while keeping the van showroom-ready.
• Collaborate with managers and share best practices.
• Comply with D.O.T. regulations.
