Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory through cold-calling and on-site visits. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store and build relationships across multiple sectors.

The role requires residency within the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history. Strong organizational and sales skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong job stability with limited job hopping (max 3 companies in 10 years).
• Ability to operate a mobile store and drive with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present solutions using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
