Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a customer-focused associate to support retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help customers understand technology and service options, using digital tools to demonstrate plans and features while building product knowledge through training.

Successful candidates have strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills, with at least a high school diploma and retail or service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong skills in communication, problem solving and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by management.
