Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment, explaining network plans, devices, and promotions while delivering a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

You will complete training, use digital tools, and collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, with access to comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
