Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service options in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through their journey to select plans and devices.

Hourly pay starts at $19.50 with $5 training pay; after training, guaranteed $20/hour plus an annual incentive target of $18,000 and eligibility for a stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
