Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail customers with technology and service solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate capabilities, and assist customers through their shopping journey.

Responsibilities include delivering personalized solutions, using digital tools to explain plans and devices, and completing training to stay current with retail processes while collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales in a retail setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
