Job summary

At T-Mobile, a Mobile Associate supports retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced Louisiana environment. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers through the buying journey with a focus on friendly service.

Training occurs within the first 90 days, with on-the-job training pay. After promotion to Mobile Expert, you may earn incentives and become eligible for a stock grant and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
