Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to engage customers, explain our technology and service options, and guide them through their shopping journey. You will learn digital tools, product features, and wireless solutions to better serve customers.

The role includes on-the-job training with a $5.00 per hour training pay during the first 90 days, then progression to a Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are eligible for stock grants and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in a Retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized technology and service solutions to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features using digital tools.
• Complete required training to learn retail processes and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
