T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

The role focuses on customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations. Candidate must have a High School diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage customers and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
