Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering fully stocked mobile stores to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and direct customer engagement, with accountability for in-field operations and reporting.

Candidates must reside within the assigned territory and be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle. A clean driving history and the ability to maneuver the mobile setup are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Tenure stability: a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Must be able to operate a mobile store vehicle and travel within territory.
• Must have a clean driving history and the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
