Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory across multiple sectors. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and presenting solutions using your mobile store.

The ideal candidate will reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and work independently to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; the ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills. Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects and call on potential customers.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contacts in company software.
